- Does Tenderpen submit the bid?
- No. It drafts, cites and exports. You read it, you sign it, you submit it.
- Where do my documents end up?
- On servers in the EU. We use them to draft your answers and for nothing else. They train no model, ours or anyone else's.
- Which languages does it draft in?
- Spanish and English in the private beta. If your tenders come in Catalan or another EU language, say so when you request access; that answer sets the order.
- Does it read the terms for me?
- No. It extracts requirements, criteria and limits from the specification. Anything that needs a lawyer still needs a lawyer.
- What happens when I request access?
- One email to confirm the address. Then nothing until a seat opens. We ask which tender you have on the table; we don't call.
