What Tenderpen reads, and what it leaves alone.

What it takes from the specification.

It reads the PPT and the PCAP, the technical and the administrative specifications, and pulls four things out of every requirement.

• The clause itself, with its number, as written.
• The award criterion it answers to, and the points that criterion carries.
• The page or character limit, where the specification sets one.
• The evidence the panel asks you to attach to that clause.

It does not read the terms for you. A clause that is ambiguous in the PPT is ambiguous in Tenderpen, and stays marked as yours to interpret. Nothing here replaces a procurement lawyer.

Which documents it answers from.

Yours, and no others. Certificates, past memorias, staff and fleet lists, method statements, in PDF or DOCX.

• Each document gets a number the moment you attach it.
• That number travels with every sentence it produced: [3] is your ISO certificate, on the page it came from.
• Click a reference in the draft and the source opens on that page.
• Nothing from another company, another bid or the open internet reaches your draft.

What happens when there is no source.

Tenderpen writes nothing it cannot point at.

• Tenderpen flags a sentence with no document behind it, and counts it in the header.
• It stays flagged until you attach the document, delete the sentence, or accept it as your own claim.
• A requirement nobody has answered stays empty and visible. Nothing fills it in for you.

The file you upload.

DOCX, in the order of the specification, with an index that follows the requirement numbers, so the panel finds clause 4.3 where clause 4.3 should be.

• The index of the specification, rebuilt as the index of your memoria.
• Page counts per requirement, against the limit the specification set.
• The references either travel with the file or come out before you send it. You decide, per export.
• Your documents leave as they came in. Export or delete them whenever you want.

Where the documents live.

On servers in the EU, under a contract you can read before you upload anything.

• We use your documents to draft your answers and for nothing else.
• They train no model, ours or anyone else's.
• Delete a tender and its documents go with it.
